Is there an audit trail?
Travelmedia systems keep a history of all previous versions of textual matter.  These can be viewed and re-instated to replace current versions if required.  And because the user has to Log-in to the systems, all changes made are labelled with the User ID and date/time stamped.

How do I get my Content into Print?
Using Travelmedia Content Manager, there are several ways of getting your data into a Desktop Publishing package such as Quark Xpress (click here for more info).  The whole idea of the system is to streamline your Print production from one set of data used for Print and the Web, so savings in proofing time and accuracy can be realised.
For Travelmedia e-Content customers, we can offer methods of taking the data from our systems to enable you to transfer the data into Print, without needing our full CMS.  Please ask about this if you are interested.
